Q:		How will my case be handled?
A:		We will assign a lawyer/s to handle your case. We will find out about your case and get your instructions on how to proceed. You will be kept informed of developments from time to time. Generally, we will try to answer your questions immediately, but if there is any difficulty, complexity, etc., it may take longer.

Q:		I cannot speak English at all (or do not speak English well). What should I do?
A:		You should call us at 6-535-1800. Our staff and lawyer speak Mandarin, English, and major Singapore dialects.
